GRO ENGELSTOFT is a certified kundalini yoga instructor and Reiki healer, as well as an astrologer with over a decade of experience, specializing in karmic, soul-centered life readings. Her astrology work is heavily influenced by the work of Liz Greene, Stephen Arroyo, Steven Forrest & Jeffrey Wolf Green, and Joseph Campbell, drawing on myth, sacred symbology and ancient folk tale traditions. She has been practicing yoga since 1996 and is certified from Golden Bridge Yoga in NYC. She holds certifications in both Reiki and Voicing (Healing through the release of sound/voice). Through her training as an actress she gained years of experience with Alexander Technique (optimal body alignment), physical improv, and voice/breath work. She has spent more than decade exploring soul-body-mind techniques including Rolfing, Martial Arts, 5Rythms/trancedancing, and the transformational and healing aspects of yoga and meditation.
