Luke Simon offers sessions in reiki, breathwork, and card readings to transform obstacles by tapping into the wisdom and joy within. He draws on 10 years of yoga teaching experience and studies in Astrology, Ayurveda, Breathwork, Reiki and Tarot. Originally from New Mexico, he emphasizes the importance of living in harmony with nature. He seeks to reconnect clients toward their unique soul expression & purpose and how they can balance with the world around them so they can thrive. Luke seeks to tap you into your power to change and uplift yourself. Sessions end with a prescription or homework to continue the healing work off the table. Affirmations, Ayurvedic lifestyle/routine changes, crystal and herb recommendations are all ways Luke supplies tools for you to reconnect to your  well-being. Luke is a founding member of Maha Rose and is excited to see New York waking up to their spiritual nature and inner joy!
